For most of our careers, we defended clients in more than 250 consumer and employment class actions across the country. Over our more than 50 years of litigation experience, we've seen the broad spectrum of risks and costs for consumer-facing businesses. The more we helped clients put lawsuits behind them, the more they looked to us for proactive advice—both to keep them out of court and to minimize the expense and effort of defending inevitable meritless claims.
Our law firm now focuses exclusively on counseling clients. We review and advise on advertising content, electronic and printed application forms and consumer contracts, franchisor/franchisee practices and procedure manuals, and employment policies and handbooks. We conduct consumer and employment due diligence on prospective M&A targets. Additionally, at clients' requests, we partner with other firms to formulate and execute litigation strategies in defending mass tort and class actions.
